Our property inspection generally takes 20-40 minutes The inspection fee of $150 is waived for individuals hiring KISS Restoration for services to mitigate, remediate, and basically bringing the property back to preexisting conditions. The inspection fee helps us offset the cost of creating a personalized Detailed Report, catering to the property’s needs; there is no charge for a verbal guesstimate.
